Letter of Indent

Employer will have to get registered on eMigrate by the Indian Mission (www.emigrate. gov.in). Only registered employer will be able to raise demand / apply for permits for recruiting Indian Emigrants.

Indian Mission will process registration applications of Foreign Employer using eMigrate. Registered Employer to raise demand through eMigrate system and choose Resource Management as preferred partner.

Resource Management will acknowledge Demand received through eMigrate.

Screening, Mapping and shortlisting of potential candidates by technical team

Create quality and cost effective search: Manpower planning including newspaper advertisements.

Medical test and forwarding of all necessary documents to client for employment visa processing post selections.

Receipt of visa from Employer. Emigrant clearance, overseas workers insurance and booking of air tickets for deployments.

Pre-Departure medical test and orientation of candidates

Place candidates on time under prior intimation to Employer

Post recruitment services quality check by Resource Management along with Employer
